Actresses believed to do lesbian love-scenes: Kate Beckinsale Frances McDormand                                          Movie plot and lesbian content: The film, labeled as a sexual drama, is written and directed by Lisa Cholodenko, her first such dual effort since her landmark debut, 'High Art'. It tells the story of a son returning home from college to his mother (Frances McDormand) and with him is his girlfriend (Kate Beckinsale). As days goes by, Beckinsale begins to feel strongly attracted to McDormand and her bohemian lifestyle. Kate Beckinsale has said in an interview that she really enjoyed her kissing scenes with McDormand.
