Earth is short of water in 2033. The film is based on the comic book. Tank Girl (Lori Petty) is caught and thrown in camp of a water company looking to take over the world. She unites with Jet Girl (Naomi Watts) to attempt to escape and overpower the corporation.

Naomi Watts is being hit on by a guy. Petty is having a water-less shower, and sees this going on. She walks up to them and says "Hey! Quit picking on my girlfriend!" She then kisses Watts on the lips much to the surprise of the officer. They continue for a little after he leaves, then Watts says "Thanks, I think he bought it." Petty looks at her, sarcastically and seductively saying "Bought what?" Watts then leaves.

Watts was very attractive but Petty looked like Pink on a bad day. She was too punk-ish, and her face was completely white. The film was all right, though. Rent it, but don't buy it.
