Build-up  1 Kissing  4 Love scenes  2 Movie overall  3

This is a lame attempt to add sex and a female to the original "Spiderman" movie. Here we find the main character being bitten by a new breed of spider and she of course ends up with super powers. I found the sex did not make up for the bad acting. There was a chance for a good movie here were it not for the passionless love scenes and the poor direction.

Misty Mundae & unknown

The movie opens with Mundae waking up and getting ready for school. Here she takes time to gaze at a picture of her boyfriend and dreams about making love with him. She wakes up when her mother calls her and then realizes she has been humping her pillow. Once she is dressed it is very clear she is not a raving beauty but is a total nerd. When her friend arrives they leave for school.
In school, her teacher talks about a new breed of super spider which of course bites our ero. On her way home she ends up on the side of a building, al la Spiderman, and sees a young beautiful girl undressing in a very seductive way. Once Mundae gets home she heads right off to her room so she can rest. After all she has just been bitten by the dangerous spider. In her dream, the girl who she saw undressing appears in her room. The two begin to kiss and make love until she is awoke by a call from her mother.

Misty Mundae, Julian Wells, Darian Caine, Suzi Lorraine, Juliette & unknowns

From this point on, the rest of the movie all seems to run together. Mundae (Spiderbabe) is peeling her top off whenever she encounters a female who happens to get in the story. There was one line that was worthy of note. After an especially hot love making session, the two girls look deep into each others eyes and ask out loud if they are Lesbians. Mundae's partner for this scene responds that she is "Tri-sexual". She like males, females and herself.

I still stick to the notion there was a better movie to be had here than what was on the screen. Had there been more effort put into the writing and directing and the way the lines were delivered by the cast, there could have been a finished product worthy of the time. I would love to see another shot taken with a Spiderbabe 2 and to see what we missed in the original.
