A tale of a Mother Superior, devout and chaste, who is suffering mental turmoil as her mind throws up increasingly extreme sexual, theological and hellish imagery which both tempts and terrifies her!

Actresses: Amanda Dawkins & Hannah Callow
Intercut with the mother superior setting up the scene for us (by talking to herself with much angst about how "terrible" it was to happen) we see these two gorgeous girls go through some staged, choreographed erotic movements together. Unfortunately they do not appear the slightest bit interested in each other. Kissing is virtually non-existent, they don't even look at each other. With actresses like this, beautifully photographed and lit as they are, this is a classic case of "now, if I were the director....!". An unsatisfying scene simply because it could have been soooooooo much better. Only their beauty and lovely bodies stop you skipping to the next.

Two nuns abduct and seduce a third, although she quickly succumbs. This scene is better. Longer and at least there is some kissing. But it's all very stylised - there is little or no real emotion in evidence. Very quick jump cuts means there's no continuity, no sense of being involved with the girls.

You have to sit through a lot of amateur dramatics before the lesbian scenes, or indeed any sex scenes, make an appearance. There are two lesbian scenes, each intercut with other non-sex scenes (usually the mother superior going through some angst) which make it disjointed. The actresses are uniformly gorgeous (in a very WASP way, or should that be WASC seeing as they are nuns?) but style has been placed waaaay over content in this movie. Beautifully shot and lit. The stills look fabulous - but don't believe the hype. No substance.
