Plot:
After escaping Nazi Germany during World War II, a young Jewish woman (Gabriele Osburg) meets and falls in love with a French woman (Christiane Millet) in Paris. After Germany's invasion, Millet hides Osburg in her house. She also decides that the best way to prevent the Nazis from inspecting her house is to co-operate with them, although she hates everything they stand for. She eventually takes a job with a Nazi paper..
