Well there are a few stories in this episode, so I'll explain the one that matters. The surgeon's son gets a circumsision and he isn't allowed to have sex with his girlfriend until he heals. Later, after he heals, he walks in on his girlfriend making out with another cheerleader on the bed. Busted!

The boyfriend walks in and sees his girlfriends on her bed with another girl on top of her. They stop after a few seconds and the boyfriend walks away. A very short kiss, but it's not bad for basic cable.

I'm not a huge fan of this show. I only watch it because of the occasional lesbians. The kiss was only average.
