This episode of Nip/Tuck is based on a woman who wants to get breast implants because she has no breasts entirely. In reference to the lesbian action Kate Mara is in love with Sophia Bush.

In this brief scene Mara comes up behind Bush and tells her how fine she looks in a skirt. Bush's feelings aren't as strong and she doesn't like Mara showing their relationship in public. She gets so worked up she leaves after calling Mara a dyke.

Mara wants Bush so badly that she calls upon her ex boyfriend to help her claim Bush's love because Bush is still into guys. So she asks her ex if he will help her by having a threesome with them.
It's quite awkward to begin with because none of them want to take their clothes off first. Eventually Bush takes off her cheerleading top and bra and says to Mara "come here baby". So Bush removes Mara's cheerleading top and asks the boy to remove her bra and then they make out for 20-30 seconds on and off. During this the guy tries to get involved but Mara says "you have to be invited, this is for us", so he starts to walk away as they make out again.
