This is the Lindsay Lohan movie about the new girl in high school school (Lohan) battling a clique of hotties known collectively as "the Plastics" and led by a mean-girl-pretty-blonde names Regina George (played by Rachel Adams). The girl-girl kissing scene in question is very brief but still not bad.

Lohan's character arrives at a wild high school party and upon entering the house sports two pretty girls making out in the hallway with each other.

Again, it's only a very brief scene and it doesn't involve any of the main characters in the film. But it's still nice to see.
