A workplace comedy set at a fashion magazine.
Episode: "Two Girls For Every Boy"

The episode featured Finch trying to trick San Giacomo into sleeping with model Dara Tomanovich, who has a crush on San Giacomo. Finch takes them to dinner, with San Giacomo thinking she's there simply to brown-nose Tomanovich, and at Finch's suggestion, gives Tomanovich a friendly kiss on the cheek. Lots of double-entendre dialogue ensues, with San Giacomo finally catching on to what's happening and the two women decided to pull a fast one on Finch to punish him; later they hug in her office and make moaning noises to torture him.

Tiffany is Laura's new assistant who become's the magazine's new sex columnist. At the end of the ep, Laura explains to Tiffany that if she ever works for a woman boss, the flirting techniques she's used to get her way in the past might not work. Tiffany disproves that by telling Laura how beautiful she is, and Laura gets so caught up in it she says "Kiss me," before Tiffany explains she was messing with her head.

Someone shoves a photo of a woman being considered for a rock video into Laura's hands and asks "Would you sleep with this woman?" Although Laura explains she's straight, she takes a good look at the photo and starts discussing the woman in dreamy, romantic terms, going so far as to say "she gives me a kiss as light as a whisper."
When Sasha, granddaughter of one of the other characters, shows up later on unrelated business, Laura tries to jog Sasha's memory of her, but Sasha is convinced that Laura is a lesbian.

Finch goes to his high school reunion with Jenny, who back in school was a guy named Bert. When they get there, they run into Kristy, the class' sex object, who confesses to Jenny that she had a bit of a crush on Bert. Jenny then embarks on a scheme to see if she can at the very least get Kristy to kiss her: they go into the bathroom to check out Kristy's strapless bra, then go to a day spa for massages. Finally, Jenny resorts to dressing up in a Marine uniform and pretending to be a man again, but Kristy is completely turned off when Jenny reveals the truth.
