The second coming has arrived as Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter returns to earth to save souls, but he’s forced into battle with an army of vampires who are killing lesbians and harvesting their skins for sinister purposes. What’s a savior to do?
J.C. hooks up with sapphic femme fatale Mary Magnum to shop and get that incognito look. Soon J.C. and Mary set off in search of vampire headquarters and are forced into one of many fabulously choreographed fight scenes. However, he’s no match for bloodthirsty, killer lesbian vampires. So after Mary is sucked off and taken away, J.C. must call in reinforcement—legendary Mexican wrestling star (and crime fighter) El Santo. Look out, lesbian vampires!

I don't even know how to begin to describe this hilarious movie and its lesbian content. Let's just say that, unless you can see the charm of (intentionally made) really bad movies, you will hate Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter.
There are many lesbians in this movie.. the vampires are lesbians, the victims are lesbians, and Mary Magnum, the woman who hooks up with Jesus to battle the vampires, is a lesbian. In one scene, Mary fights the female head vampire Maxine Schreck (Murielle Varhelyi). She looses the fight, and Maxine sinks her teeth into her throat.
Later it turns out that Mary, now a vampire herself, has fallen in love with Maxine. Near the end of the movie, Maxine is killed by El Santo, and Mary is turned back into a human by Jesus. Mary says she's thankful, but she explains to Jesus how Maxine gives her a joy she never thought possible, so she wonders if he could do something for her... Since this particular Jesus is both nice and gay-friendly, he brings Maxine back to life, and the two girls hug and kiss each other.
Apart from this, there's also a very nice kiss between two female vampires in a club.
