In the previous installment of the Femalien series, an alien race which had evolved beyond their physical form, sent an "observer" to Earth to gather data on human senses and their impact on the physical being. The observer they sent took on the form of a human female named "Kara", and began her mission to study the five human senses of sight, smell, sound, taste, and touch.
However, Kara found herself overwhelmed by the power of human senses, and began to indulge herself in them, leading to a series of sexual adventures that made her decide to forsake her mission and extend her stay on Earth.
Now the aliens have sent two more to Earth to locate Kara and bring her back. The two aliens, Trion and Xeda, assume the form of a human male and female respectively and begin their search. Along the way though, the pair find themselves succumbing to the same power of human senses that overwhelmed Kara, and begin their own adventure into the realm of human sexuality.

During the opening credits, we see various scenes taken from the original Femalien that help introduce the story of Femalien 2. During the credits, there are several lesbian scenes shown, including Vanesa Taylor pleasuring herself while watching a pair of female dancers pleasuring each other, touching Jacqueline Lovell's bare chest in a back room, and Vanesa and Jacqueline sharing a kiss prior to their lesbian scene from the orignal Femalien.

Aiding Trion and Xeda in their search for Kara, a woman named Kiki takes the pair to a gentleman's club Kara frequents. They are surprised to learn that Kara had even danced at the club before, and decide to investigate the phenomenon of the dance club.
While Trion investigates some of the female dancers, Kiki leads Xeda to a private room to show Xeda for herself the kind of dancing Kara did. Kiki starts off dancing first, with Xeda watching quite intently. Kiki first strips off the top of her dress, exposing her bust, which begins exciting Xeda as she continues to watch Kiki's every move. Once Kiki strips off her dress, Xeda lifts up her shirt exposing her own bust, and signaling her obvious approval and growing excitement. Next, Kiki plays with her panties, and eventually strips them off as well and bites them for good measure, which drives up Xeda's excitement even more.
Kiki then walks over to Xeda and signals her its her turn on the pole, which Xeda happily obliges. Taking a seat, Kiki begins to massage her breasts and pleasure herself as she watches as Xeda strips nude for her. Next we find both women on stage, beginning to grind against each other with the pole inbetween them. Next follows Kiki behind Xeda, rubbing up and down her body, paying special attention to massaging Xeda's bare breasts. A closeup of the two follows with Xeda obviously enjoying the attention Kiki gives her body as Kiki gently bites her ear and kisses her neck as she continues to pleasure Xeda.
The scene ends with a black fade-out to the two of them putting their clothes back on, and continuing their search for Kara.

During their search, Kiki takes Trion and Xeda to Virtual Encounters, and virtual reality firm specializing in sexual encounters. After putting on the VR goggles and gloves, Trion finds himself in a referee's uniform overseeing a wrestling match between two gorgeous blondes clad in bikini's.
At first, the women mock wrestle each other up and down the mat, but quickly bring that to an end with some petting, and a series quick kisses. The blondes then begin to undress each other, gradually go lower and lower on each other. The scene cuts between each blonde having a turn at pleasuring the other with oral sex, and finally ends with the both of them in the 69 position. From there, the women turn on Trion and begin sexing him up.

The scene with Summer Knight and Bethany Lorraine dancing for each other was the most enjoyable of the ones found in this movie. The two actresses are attractive and did well enough with their strip dancing. I especially enjoyed watching Summer Knight pleasuring herself as she watched Bethany strip for her. Of course though, the pleasuring was staged, as well as the grinding and massaging. The scene also featured a oriental-style techno beat that worked well enough for the scene, although the music was a little too loud. The actresses were muted as well, as though you would be able to hear any of their moans or screams over the loud music.
The second scene was overdone. First, the foreplay between the two blondes lasted too long, and proved detrimental to the overall mood of the scene. The camera work was also sub-par, as continually missed the best angles for the kissing (something which I can't stand in such scenes) by getting them from the back of their heads. The oral sex too was obviously staged, and didn't look real at all. Compounding everything too, was the choice of music for the scene: a percussion-driven techno style that was again too loud for the scene. I have to say though, what really ruined this scene was the fact that Trion was always in the background, watching the two blondes as they sexed each other up.
