In voice-over as she walks the halls of the college, George talks about college being a combination of stressing and binging. On one of the binging scenes, it shows two girls making out in the hallway.

The scene itself wasn't much to speak of, but the entire episode seemed subtextual. George's friendship with a girl she meets at the college could easily have been altered to a romantic attraction. In one instance, the girl approaches George and says, "I won't let you break up with me" and gives George flowers and a shirt that reads "Boyfriend, Schmoyfriend." Seems very odd they didn't go to a romantic attraction storyline...
