Darren and Kia, a hot young couple, are invited to spend a weekend at their friend Simon's house. Their host, Simon, likes to play games, and this weekend is no exception. When all the guests arrive they are told that they will be playing a game called ''The Case of the Bloody Knife''. Parker, Brianna, Chelsea and Lizette are also at the house. The winner of the game gets two tickets to Anguilla for a week. Although the friends can't stand Simon, they are willing to stick it out for the prize.
As the game continues, the friends find themselves being attracted to other players and sexual and erotic alliances are created, but when the game suddenly turns deadly, no-one knows who to trust anymore.
