A naive American girl is thrown in a brutal women's prison ruled over by a lesbian warden.

It's discovered in this scene that the stern lesbian warden (Nielsen) likes being dominated by her butch assistant (Svandová) behing closed doors. The scene starts with Nielsen in her underwear sitting in a chair while doing cocaine. Svandová comes up from behind and rougly fondles Nielsen's breasts. Nielsen likes this and wants more of the same rough treatment, so she is pushed to the floor, where whe walks on all fours to the bed, where she is spanked by Svandová before being led to a naked woman standing at the edge of the room where she is handcuffed.

There's a brief, but nice shower scene where prisoner Kates finds some comfort in the shower with a fellow inmate who she is growing close too. I don't quite remember this scene all that well. I don't think there is any sex in the scene, but it is erotic watching Kates give in to all the rubbing and the washing.

Somehow Kates made it out of jail, and is in some kind of casino. Nielsen, who has secretly wanted to bed Kates since she arrived at the prison, invites her up to a secret bedroom chamber. Nielsen sits down, and begins commanding Kates to do erotic things for her like taking her dress off and dancing seductivly.
Kates realizes that the only way she could get her freedom is by doing what Nielsen REALLY wants, which is for herself to be dominated by a formerly subdued inmate. So Kates turns the tables and asks Nielsen to disrobe, which she does (down to her leather corset). Kates then leads Nielsen to the bed where she throws her down. Kates straddles Nielsen, where she forces her down, eventually kissing her breasts and lips. The scene later cuts to afterwards, hinting they had sex.
