The character played by Chloe visits the Amber Newman character to tell her to stay away from the lawyer, who is her boyfriend. Instead she ends up in bed with Ms. Newman herself. There's a little bit of kissing, some nice caressing, and then the real highlight: a pretty enthusiastic simulation of oral sex (Newman going down on Chloe) followed by 69. Just as the Chloe character climaxes some cops knock on the front door, bringing the scene to a close.

The scene is good primarily because of the actresses. Amber Newman is always an enthusiastic participant in sex scenes, and has many good lesbian scenes to her credit. Chloe, meanwhile, is a hardcore porn starlet and so holds nothing back. They both gave a good impression of enjoying themselves, which made the scene a lot more erotic. The rest of the movie pretty much bites, so feel free to fast-forward to this scene.
