A photograher and his female assistant have flown to a small town by the Black Sea to do a photo-shoot with a war theme. They hire a group of Russian female models for the shoot, which will take place on an old ship they have rented. It turns out though, that the models actually are a group of female Mercenaries and as soon as they leave the harbor, they take over the ship and the photographer and his female assistant become hostages.

Actresses: Vera Sotnikova & Yelena Satolokina
The eveing before they sail out from the harbor, all of the models go to an Roman-style bathing house. The female assistant (Vera Sotnikova) to the photographer decides to join them. As she steps into the bath, one of the models (Yelena Satolokina), who's mute, checks her out and instantly becomes interrested in her and it's obvious the feelings are mutual. The two of them keep on looking at each other and they stay behind when the others decide to leave.
A few minutes later, the mute girl puts a finger on the other girl's lips and then on her own lips. The female assistant says with a soft voice: "Do you want to kiss me?". They begin to slowly kiss each other but are soon interrupted by a sound from an electrical razor. It's the photographer, who had also decided to take a bath and are now shaving himself. The assistant leaves the pool immediately.

I really, really liked this movie. What made it so special was that the two girls actually developed feelings for each other which is far from common in these kind of movies. Girls almost always make love because they're experimenting or because one of them is evil and seduces the other one because it suits her purposes. Later on in the movie when the photographer and Sotnikova become hostages, Satolokina makes sure she's not harmed. Allthough Sotnikova doesn't want anything to do with her because of obvious reasons, Satolokina keeps on giving her plenty of water and makes sure she's all right. Even later on in the movie, Satolokina switch side and releases her. It's not 100% sure if she forgave her for what she had done but at the end of the movie, you can see the two of them sitting on a dock looking each other deeply in the eyes. It felt like she had forgiven her. |
