It's the night before D'Arbanville is leaving the school. She's laying in her bed in the dormitory. Her best friend Catherine Leprince moves over to D'Arbanville's bed. Leprince notices that D'Arbanville is a bit quiet so she asks her what it is. D'Arbanville says that a boy named Lucas tried to kiss her earlier that day. Leprince begins to tease her about her being in love with Lucas. Then she asks if she prefers Lucas or her and slips her hand inside D'Arbanville's night-gown. D'Arbanville asks her what she's doing. Leprince whispers: "Pretend it's Lucas.." Now she's going even further by letting her hand move up to D'Arbanvilles breasts who protests once again. Leprince says: "Just close your eyes.." D'Arbanville finally stops protesting and the last sequence shows them softly kissing when they're laying side by side close to each other. |

D'Arbanville who's sexually very inexperienced wants to learn everything from Kristensen and in this scene, she's in her room when Kristensen enters. She asks her if she can teach her how to really kiss someone. Kristensen says no but D'Arbanville pushes her down on her bed and begins to kiss her. Kristensen first tries to push her away but soon enjoys D'Arbanville's kisses. D'Arbanville asks her if she's doing it right which she does. D'Arbanville continues by kissing Kristensen's neck. They are interupted by a voice from downstairs. It's Kristensen's sleazy husband who calls for her. A husband who also beats her.

In the last scene, Kristensen finally makes love to her. D'Arbanville has just got back from a disastrous date with a local guy. She's very sad and is sitting on the floor with her head on Kristensen's legs. She says to her: "I hate men! I Iove you.." Kristensen replies: "You musn't." but D'Arbanville says: "But you're like me, we're made the same way and nothing about you can hurt me and I'm only happy when I'm with you..I love you! Kristensen lets her make love to her. You can first see D'Arbanville leaning over Kristensen on a sofa and kissing her. Then both of them slowly undress after which they hug each other tightly. Later Kristensen caresses D'Arbanvilles legs and back and at the end of the scene when they've put on some of their clothes, D'Arbanville sits behind Kristensen on the sofa with her head leaning on Kristensen's back. |

The last scene is one of the most tender scenes I've ever watched and it was also very believable. It was like Kristensen did it both to comfort her and to make D'Arbanville stop obsessing about her and go on with her life. They didn't actually make love, it was just a lot of caressing, hugging and an opportunity for them to feel very close to each other.
The reason why stills #2 - #7 look a bit blury is that the scene was very dark. I therefor decided to play around with some filters and image adjustments in Photoshop to make the stills more viewable but they inevitably become slightly blury because of it. |
