A masked serial-killer stalks the female patients at a remote mental hospital. This movie is a typical example of a "Giallo" movie. This Italian movie-genre became very popular in the late 60's and early 70's. The censor laws had become much more liberal here in Europe and the movie-producers quickly came up with the idea to mix horror and rather explicit sex-scenes.
