Anna Nicole Smith employed Maria Antonia Cerrato as a full-time babysitter for her son. But she expected more "services" from Cerrato than just babysitting her son. Maria sued Anna Nicole accusing her of sexual harassment and having kept her as a love-slave. According to Cerrato it all began when Anna Nicole asked her if she wanted to join her on a trip to Los Angeles. They travelled to Los Angeles and went out to some nightclubs the first night. When they got back to the hotel-room, Anna Nicole began to come on to Cerrato sexually. Cerrato said no but Anna Nicole didn't take no for an answer. She took Cerrato to their bed and laid herself down on top of Cerrato. Cerrato later explained that she couldn't move away and that she was afraid of losing her job so therefore she let Anna Nicole have her way with her. The two of them made love on the bed that night. The period that followed became sexually very active for the two of them. Anna Nicole demanded sex from Cerrato very often. Anna Nicole's bodyguard has said that the two of them often bathed together and afterwards laid completely naked on the bed. Cerrato also said in an interview that Anna Nicole proposed to her several times. She wanted to move with Cerrato to California (or was it Hawaii?) where same-sex marriages are legal.
